The unit has a full size Washer/Dryer, and is fully furnished except for open bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The kitchen has all the appliances. Small backyard has a patio table, chairs and umbrella, and a small fenced area for privacy. A small storage area is off the side of the patio.
The rooms available, will hold a queen sized bed, a desk, dresser and has a decent sized closet.

Quiet Neighborhood, Community Pool almost in the back yard! No yard work,(HOA has it covered) close to UNCW but still outside of the one mile marker, also there is still a near by shuttle stop. Only minutes from CFCC with very close access to Martin Luther Parkway and I-40. Trash is collected weekly, There are three assigned parking spaces, towing is enforced, so you will always have a place to park!

I am looking for (male/female) around the same age. We am respectful, tidy and clean, fun and easy going, with a great sense of humor. I have friends over on occasion, but no parties, and no live-in boyfriends/girlfriends. Another student or young professional would be ideal. We are looking for responsible roommate who pays on time, If not please don't waste my time and yours.
