Outside of the one mile marker for UNCW, ( Alumni) but we still have a near by shuttle stop. Only minutes from CFCC with very close access to Martin Luther Parkway and I-40. I am 24, looking for someone (Male or Female) around the same age. The other female is a UNCW student. We respectful and clean. Have friends over on occasion, but no parties, and no live-in boyfriends, drug free, non smoking unit. I usually work Monday-Friday from 8-5. I like to laugh, I paint and draw, enjoy the outdoors and love having a drama free life!! I am an animal lover but no pets are allowed in the unit. A student or young professional would be ideal.
